Dan's Meditation


Daniel offers one-to-one sessions, over Zoom, as well as working with small groups. He also enjoys delivering introductory talks on Mindfulness.

Over time, a regular 
Mindfulness practice can help further psychological insight and emotional healing. Mindfulness-based interventions, generally aimed at relieving symptoms of stress, mental health concerns, and physical pain, can be used to address and treat a range of symptoms and concerns.

Many people face repetitive struggles and continual, unskilful, reactive behaviour.  Mindfulness can help us work from the inside out, finding inner resources that help us meet the world more calmly.
